It is not uncommon for the eyes to have increased dryness after Lasik. With that dryness can come blurred vision, especially if the cornea is extra sensitive. We always tell people that “technically” the eyes can take up to a year to really correct to the very best, but that at 3 months they are fairly stable. You may want to increase your use of artificial tears..Systane, Refresh or Genteal are all great products. Try using them at least 3-4 times a day. See if that helps the vision stay clearer. If not, I assume you are scheduled to go in for a 3 month check, so they should be able to tell you if the left eye needs a slight enhancement. Try the drops. As a Lasik provider and also a former Lasik patient, I can tell you that sometimes the drops are the simplest solution for the blurred vision.
